IN FONDEST MEMORY

JANE DAVIE (d.1993)

We were shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the sudden death of Jane Davie towards the end of the summer.

Jane had been a member of The Questors since the mid-1980's, working backstage on many productions, most recently as a Deputy Stage Manager and a Sound Operator. She was a tireless and enthusiastic organizer and was well known for her bright, smiling face.

Last year she had also thrown herself enthusiastically into our Acting for All course, revealing sensitive acting skills and again winning many friends. Outside The Questors she was a teacher, just about to start a new job. Her death robs us of one of our most popular, hardworking and unassuming members and a good friend to many.
